 SCHOOL BAKE SALE and STAFF DRESS-UP DAY22/9/2010The end of Term 3 was a very busy time with lots of fun events for both students and staff! On Wednesday the 22nd, we hosted a fundraising bake sale for a Christchurch earthquake relief fund as well as a staff dress-up day where all the teachers dressed up as what they once wanted to be when they grew up. From nurses to vets to sports players - our staff had a lot of fun!

 MAGGI KITCHEN SHOWDOWN4/6/2010Today four of our students cooked their hearts out in order to compete in the Maggi Kitchen Showdown, a competition run through Maggi foods and the Erin Simpson Show. Here are some photos of our cooking team on their exciting day!
 SUPERSPORT HOCKEY2/6/2010The Supersport Hockey teams competed this afternoon despite the rain and cold. Ross teams took away several wins, even while completely soaked!
 KAHURANGI DANCE GROUP28/5/2010The Kahurangi Dance Group delighted and entertained our Assembly this afternoon with their 'People of the Pacific' show.
 THE JETS AND THE BASKETBALL CLUBA few members of the Jets came around today to give a few pointers and run a few drills with the Basketball Club. See some great pics of these very tall and very talented guys.
 SUPERSPORT MOUNTAIN BIKINGNine of our students traveled to Laws Farm in Levin to compete in the 2010 Supersport Mountain Biking competition. All of the students found the day to be challenging but fun.
 TABLE TENNIS CLUBWe have 6 brand new table tennis tables and lots of eager students testing them out in our very first meeting of the Table Tennis Club.
 SAUSAGE SIZZLE FOR CHILE FUNDRAISERHere are a few snapshots of the great support we got for our Sausage Sizzle to support our Chile earthquake fundraiser. After the sizzle and two mufti days, we were able to raise over $1000!

 HELICOPTER DELIVERY
Daneika Burke, accompanied by some of her friends and family, touched down in style! She was a nationwide winner of a helicopter ride to
school run by Number 1 Shoe Warehouse and the Edge radio station. Ross
students and staff, the Manawatu Standard and representatives from the
competition watched as Daneika flew high above their heads and landed
in the Ross sports field. The HeliPro helicopter took a short time off
from rescues to deliver Danieka and it certainly looked shiny, red and
impressive in the morning sunshine. Check out the photos of some very excited students!

 PRIZEGIVING 2009Our students celebrate the end of a successful school year with an awards ceremony at the Regent on Broadway on December 14th, 2009. Please contact Erica if you would like to purchase a copy of these images in high resolution.
 JUMP JAM 2009Ross dancers KNOW they can dance! And they have a prize from Jump Jam Nationals 2009 to prove it! Our team of 8 girls traveled to Auckland to perform in their very first Nationals and left with a shiny 5th place trophy. Check out the fun photos from their performance.
