Laptop Programme

Ross Intermediate is establishing 2 Laptop Classrooms in 2010 and you can be a part of this. The Parent Signup Form is on the task bar to the right. This contains all the details of the programme and the signup form. Alternatively you can apply online for this programme. We will need to receive your deposit within 7 days of signing up. If you are making an Internet Banking Payment then you need the following details:

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION ONE
A one off payment of $500.00 ($600.00 less deposit). This needs to be paid by March 2010

OPTION TWO
Termly payments of $125.00 due Week 1 of each term

OPTION THREE
Easy Pay (15.00 per week) for a period of 34 weeks. This must commence in January. This option attracts a $10.00 EASY PAY Fee. Total Payment $510.00.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and protection of this computer. We realise that we need to return it at the end of our child’s time at Ross Intermediate unless we choose to buy the computer out.
We understand this is a commitment for 12 Months.
We understand that it is not recognised safe practice to give students unrestricted internet access,
particularly in their own bedrooms and that public use of Internet in the home is more widely 
accepted use.
In signing this form I am committed to paying the required costs of this machine for the 12 month
period. I will have the option to opt out at the end of 2010 should I wish to.

EXAMPLES OF INAPPROPRIATE USE:

Downloading, viewing or receiving objectionable or age inappropriate  material.
Using the computer for Cyber Bullying in any form.
Using the computer for illegal purposes or visiting age restricted websites.
